Hoboken Minimalist Bachelor Pad

For this bachelor living in Hoboken, we aimed to create a space that could serve as both a private retreat and an entertaining haven for guests. The living room boasts amazing natural light, and we wanted to highlight that feature. The white walls add to the brightness of the space, so we opted to paint the two walls adjacent to the window wall a dark gray. This choice not only defines the space but also naturally directs attention toward the opposite wall, where the client has two commissioned art pieces by Sebastian Ferreira that read, “I am the master of my fate. I am the captain of my soul.”
